You agree to access Educrat only through the interfaces we provide and in accordance with the instructions we publish. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.

We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies, if you misuse the Services, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the content you access. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with the Services.

When you submit, store, or send content to or through the Services, you give Educrat (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services, and to develop new ones.

This license continues even if you stop using our Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.

Some parts of Educrat are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Educrat cancels it.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

C R A I is provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. C R A I does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall C R A I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if C R A I has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

C R A I reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
